Papalala Za Ongwala (the wings of the Eagle)

All of the proceeds from the sale of Shirley's paintings go to the Eagle Wings Christian Family. Eagle Wings is Chiomba Nkhanga  in Chchewa.  Eagle Wings is made up of a very small group of Christians, who support five local Malawian missionaries and their families in their work. Eagle Wings is not a charity organisation, instead it aims to help Malawians to become self sufficient. https://www.facebook.com/wingsofmalawi/

Veronica went home to Tanzania to see her parents. She came back with beautiful cotton Dresses for each pastors wives. In image below is Pastor Kestina wearing hers and Pastor Stevens new Motorbike.

Pastor Charles,s Mother funeral. Take note of how they decorate the grave with cabbage leaves and ribbons and anything they can find. The White blouses and purple skirts are the uniform of Baptist Church woman in the whole of Malawi.

Veronia came accross these orphans that were sheltering under a broken down house. No food. So we used some Eagle Wings money to feed them.
