Edina says that Hannah is medical stable on her HIV medicine. she feels the cold thats why she is the one with the jumper. the shorter sister. and doing well in all classes. she is preparing for Std 8 final exams ready to go to secondary school. While Trinity whom is older than Hannah is really struggling at school, has poor preformance in all subjects. she is one class behind/ she is the taller sister in this photo. Which Edina says Hannah was tired. hence not smiling as usual.
